wo big caves which were first discovered and explored during the 1960’s are located on the area of Didymotiho and Makri of Alexandroupolis. There is still no organized conducted tour in their interior, but the entrance’s chamber is approachable. More specifically, they are the Kagiali cave, the Bouva cave and the Makri cave.
