nder the care of the "ENTERPRISE OF CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALEXANDROUPOLIS" which is the local organization of production, promotion and propagation of cultural values, a cultural congestion happens at the rooms of the Art and Civilization Center "GEORGIOS VIZYINOS" : Sections of Ballet and Eurythmics, Art Workshop, Picture Gallery, Choir, Archaeological Collection, Philharmonic.
E.P.A.D.A. administers both the theaters in town and the four peripheral Cultural Centers and organizes, in collaboration with the Municipality of Alexandroupolis and local mediums the manifestations of ELEFTHERIA and the summer Cultural Festival.
